Returns & Replacements (20 Days, Unused Products Only)

We only accept returns or offer replacements if your order arrives damaged/broken and is unused.

To request a replacement or return:

  1. Email us at teamafroscenta@gmail.com within 20 days of purchase.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a short description.

  3. If approved, we will:

    • Send a replacement, OR

    • Provide a refund to your original payment method.

Important:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Claims after 20 days will not be accepted.

  • Opened/used items are not eligible.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
